Service bookings require accurate information from the parent or guardian to ensure plans and recommendations are appropriate and safe. Individualized services begin once intake information is received; at that point, work cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded. Rescheduling consultations or evaluations requires 24‑hour notice. 

Sunshine Scholars Connection does not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice. All recommendations are educational in nature and designed to support homeschool instruction. By using these services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for implementing strategies safely and appropriately within your home environment.

At Sunshine Scholars Connection, all homeschool services, lesson plans, evaluations, and individualized educational supports are created with care, professionalism, and significant time investment. Because these services are customized for each family, the following return and refund policies apply:

All digital resources are non‑refundable. Once a file is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you experience a download issue or need help accessing your files, I’m always happy to assist.

Because individualized plans are custom‑built for your child, these services are non‑refundable once work has begun.

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The service has not yet started, and

• You request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

After planning, drafting, or consultation work has begun, the service becomes non‑refundable.

These professional services are non‑refundable once the appointment is completed or documentation has been delivered.

If you need to reschedule:

• Please provide 24 hours’ notice

• Appointments may be moved at no additional cost

Missed appointments without notice may require a new booking fee.
